the morning and then in through the afternoon we'll see that changeover from about philadelphia north and west. and here is the winter storm warning that has been posted as of yesterday. it's still in effect today up until 10 o'clock tonight and these counties highlighted in pink are where we think the biggest impact is going to be with at least slushy roads and maybe some snow covered roads later on. higher snowfall amounts. in the advisory area it's mainly lighter accumulations on grassy surfaces but you still have potential issues with some slick spots and again this all goes until 10 o'clock tonight. rain changing over to sweat snow. impact areas well the hardest hit is going to be the northern and western suburbs you see downingtown pottstown reading allentown places like that, that's where the heavy wet snow is going to accumulate. could pile up on branches and power lines and bring those down so maybe some power outage in the north and west. in the i-95 corridor and other areas closer to the delaware river we begin as rainily we turn to wet snow. a a slushy accumulation mainly onagra surfaces. take it slow out there on the roads. and then down the shore we
